This guided audio track uses calming, confidence-building affirmations to help you relax, trust your body, and move through labor with steadiness and strength - perfect for late pregnancy, early labor, or anytime you want to feel grounded and empowered.
We recommend daily listening for maximum benefit at the end of pregnancy, as well as when labor begins and as often as needed throughout labor. You don’t necessarily have to actively listen to the words, you can have the track on in the background while you drive to work, fold laundry, shower, etc.
