Fitness instructor Kristen (@pumpinbuns) and Midwife Ray (@MidwifeRay) are teaming up for a fun, informative session designed to help you stay strong during pregnancy and prepare your body for birth—without fear-based fitness myths or random Instagram workouts.
What to expect:
Prenatal fitness focused on strength, mobility, and functional movement
30-minute workout (stretching + light weight resistance)
15-minute stretch & cooldown
15-minute info session + casual Q&A/mixer with a midwife
