Fitness instructor Kristen (@pumpinbuns) and Midwife Ray (@MidwifeRay) are teaming up for a fun, informative session designed to help you stay strong during pregnancy and prepare your body for birth—without fear-based fitness myths or random Instagram workouts.

What to expect:

  • Prenatal fitness focused on strength, mobility, and functional movement

  • 30-minute workout (stretching + light weight resistance)

  • 15-minute stretch & cooldown

  • 15-minute info session + casual Q&A/mixer with a midwife

  • Pre/Postnatal Yoga

    Nurture your body and mind through all stages of pregnancy and beyond with our Pre/Postnatal Yoga class. This supportive, tailored practice helps you build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance in a gentle, safe way. Whether you're preparing for birth or easing into postpartum recovery, each session focuses on breathing techniques, mindful movement, and relaxation.

  • Baby & Me Yoga

    This gentle, playful yoga flow is designed for moms and their pre-walking babies, offering a nurturing space to move, connect, and relax. Whether you wear your baby, lay them beside you on the mat, or take breaks for play, feeding, or cuddles, this class is all about going at your own pace while deepening the bond with your little one!

  • Welcoming Birth Yoga Series

    Sessions begin with a mindfulness segment, focused on how mindfulness principles apply to pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Through practices like breathwork, gentle movement, journaling, and guided meditation, this series supports a calm, connected, and grounded approach to birth, replacing the fear with confidence.  The session is then concluded with a 50-minute prenatal yoga practice that integrates those mindfulness tools through movement and breath.
