Gain essential skills for your newborn’s first months in this comprehensive 3 hour workshop!
Join our Baby Care & Safety Class to gain essential skills for your newborn’s first months! You'll learn practical techniques like burping, holding, diapering, swaddling, and feeding, while understanding newborn behavior and cues. We’ll cover sleep expectations, plus simple tips for breastfeeding or bottle feeding to support your baby’s health and your peace of mind.
We’ll also dive into Babywearing, exploring different carrier types and safety features. Feel free to bring your own carrier, but no worries if you don't – we’ll have a collection for you to try!
Finally, ensure your baby's safety with a session on Car Seat Safety. Learn key tips for correct installation and usage. For added peace of mind, bring your installed car seat for a safety check (+$25), or schedule a full installation with us for $45.

Gather & Ground - Sound Bath
WE ARE NOT MEANT TO DO LIFE ALONE
Every phase of life is better when you have community and connection. No matter what stage of parenting you are in, or if you never plan to have kids, women of all walks of life are welcome to join this sacred circle to share in each other’s joy and lighten any burdens. This is also an important opportunity to get time AWAY from your daily stresses and the monotony of life by connecting with yourself on a deep level.
We will start with a short grounding exercise to open the circle, do introductions, chat briefly about our recent joys and challenges, and do an activity or have a discussion topic. Following a quick break we will pull oracle cards and dig into their meaning, and end with a luscious guided hypnosis session or sound bath for comfort and calm. Think of it as community therapy for your body and mind.
