A Village Prenatal is a somatic, community-based gathering for pregnant moms at any stage of pregnancy. Each session supports nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and connection with the body through gentle somatic practices, breath, visualization, and connection with baby. Rather than focusing on instruction or outcomes, this space emphasizes felt safety, physiological support, and relational connection - both with your baby and within a supportive group setting.

This offering is a slow, restorative space for mothers in the postpartum season — whether weeks, months, or years after birth — to reconnect with their bodies and nervous systems.
Through gentle somatic practices, grounding movement, breath, guided rest, and moments of quiet integration, we focus on nervous system regulation, emotional restoration, and embodied support.

Our Mindful Momming Circle is a gentle, non-judgmental gathering for moms to slow down, connect, and feel supported. Each circle includes a short grounding meditation and an open, guided discussion where sharing is always optional. This is a space to be seen, heard, and held in community—without fixing, comparing, or expectations.
