KHALSA WAY PRENATAL YOGA
Khalsa Way prenatal yoga prepares a woman’s mind, body, and spirit for the experience of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa developed the practice based on the principle that if a woman is living in calmness, radiance, joy, and good health, she has created the atmosphere in which her baby will enter the world.

pre/postnatal yoga
Nurture your body and mind through all stages of pregnancy and beyond with our Pre/Postnatal Yoga class. This supportive, tailored practice helps you build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance in a gentle, safe way. Whether you're preparing for birth or easing into postpartum recovery, each session focuses on breathing techniques, mindful movement, and relaxation—empowering you to connect with yourself and your baby.

MOM & BABY yoga
This gentle, playful yoga flow is designed for moms and their pre-walking babies, offering a nurturing space to move, connect, and relax. Whether you wear your baby, lay them beside you on the mat, or take breaks for play, feeding, or cuddles, this class is all about going at your own pace while deepening the bond with your little one!
