Khalsa Way prenatal yoga prepares a woman’s mind, body, and spirit for the experience of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa developed the practice based on the principle that if a woman is living in calmness, radiance, joy, and good health, she has created the atmosphere in which her baby will enter the world.
In these one-hour classes, we’ll:
Use mantras, chanting, and meditation to create a loving and healthy vibration for the baby
Work the physical body, mind, and spirit to create the confidence for a strong and healthy birth
Use meditation to create space to release fears about birth or parenthood, or our own past
